SLAB BUILDING: A studio reference guide to creating a slab and multiple techniques on how to utilize them. This is the second educational ceramic Zine we’ve launched! The intent is to have a quick and simple but simultaneous informative reference guide whilst in the studio creating (Spark Notes for potters if you will.) As an instructor myself I brought my knowledge of the classroom and the most repeated questions to paper. This is ideal for people who want a supplementary guide in classes or for those who need refreshers. Below is the glossary for this edition so you can see if it’s something for you!
